Kinesiology
Kinesiology gets into what your body is actually doing, not just what the symptoms suggest. Hayley uses it to find and address what is really going on.
When Something Feels Off But Nothing Adds Up
A lot of people come to Hayley for kinesiology when something feels off but nothing quite explains it. Maybe their sleep is rubbish, their digestion is all over the place, or they keep hitting a wall with their recovery no matter what they try. Kinesiology is about digging into the layers underneath the obvious symptoms. Hayley uses muscle reflex testing to see how different systems in your body are communicating, then works out what needs support and what to actually do about it. She is not chasing surface-level fixes. She wants to understand what your body is trying to tell her.
- Digestive discomfort or food sensitivities
- Hormonal changes or cycle irregularities
- Stress or emotional load that keeps building
- Low energy, brain fog or sleep that won't settle
- Recovery or performance that has hit a wall
Kinesiology works alongside your existing medical care, not instead of it.

Hayley trained in Total Body Modification (TBM) as part of her broader clinical education, giving her kinesiology sessions a level of structure that goes beyond general muscle testing. TBM works by identifying where communication between your nervous system, organs, and body chemistry has broken down, using specific reflex points to guide both the assessment and the correction. Because Hayley approaches this through a chiropractic background, she reads what the testing shows her through a clinical lens rather than following a fixed protocol. What comes out of a session is not a temporary shift. She builds real, usable strategies around what she finds, so the changes that happen in the session actually hold between appointments. Health by Hayley operates out of Primrose Wellness Hub on Buderim High Street, and is accessible to people from across the Sunshine Coast.
