Wellness & Long-Term Care

Proactive care plans for maintaining optimal health, preventing recurrence, and supporting long-term mobility, vitality, and quality of life.

Stay Strong, Move Well, Feel Your Best

Wellness and long-term care is for people who do not want to wait for pain to come back before taking action. Most people who come to Hayley for ongoing care have been through a course of treatment and want to hold that progress rather than starting from scratch every time something flares. Regular chiropractic care plays a real role here: it helps maintain joint mobility, supports nervous system function, and catches the small things before they compound into something harder to manage. It is not about becoming reliant on treatment. It is about keeping your body in a position where it can handle what you ask of it.

Common reasons people book Wellness & Long-Term Care
  • Preventing recurring back, neck, hip or shoulder flare-ups
  • Maintaining mobility, posture and comfortable daily movement
  • Supporting training load, work demands and recovery capacity
  • Staying proactive with joint and nervous system health
Wellness and long-term care at Health by Hayley

Hayley's approach to long-term wellness comes from her clinical background as an AHPRA-registered chiropractor. Rather than treating each appointment as a one-off, she tracks how your body is changing over time, what patterns are emerging, and where to focus care before things become a problem. Regular hands-on chiropractic care plays a genuine role in maintaining joint mobility and nervous system function, particularly if you have a physical job, train consistently, or have a history of recurring issues. It is not about becoming dependent on care. It is about staying ahead of the curve and keeping your body capable of what you ask of it. Health by Hayley operates out of Primrose Wellness Hub on Buderim High Street on the Sunshine Coast.

Wellness FAQs

Got questions about long-term wellness care? Here are the ones Hayley gets asked most often.

Wellness care is proactive rather than reactive. Instead of waiting for pain to return before booking in, you come in at regular intervals to keep your body moving well, address small things before they build up, and maintain the progress you have already made. It is a longer-term relationship with your health rather than a one-off fix.

It varies depending on your body, your lifestyle, and what you are trying to maintain. Some people come in every three to four weeks, others every six to eight. Hayley will give you a recommendation based on what she finds and adjust it over time as your needs change.

Not at all. Some people start with wellness care from the beginning because they want to stay on top of things before pain develops. Others transition into it after completing a course of treatment. Either way, Hayley will start with a thorough assessment so she understands where your body is at and what will actually be useful.

Hayley will check in on how you have been feeling, reassess the areas that matter most for you, and carry out whatever hands-on care is appropriate. Sessions are efficient because she already knows your history, so you are not starting from scratch each time. She will also update your movement and lifestyle advice as things change.

No referral needed. You can book straight online and come in when it suits you. Hayley works out of Primrose Wellness Hub on Buderim High Street, which is easy to get to from across the Sunshine Coast.
